The President is releasing his long form birth certificate today.
Trump and Franklin Graham may have pushed the right/wrong buttons.

Wow! Do you mean to tell me that someone out there STILL believes that he should be in the office of POTUS? I don’t think his birth place is the issue. I’d be more willing to believe that his citizenship is the bigger issue.

There is already a graphics expert that is saying it is a fake. Think about it, first it was there, then it wasn’t, then the Governor was going to display it, but couldn’t access it (and if the Governor can’t access it, who the heck can. Just people in the Department of Health? Or only the current administrator who can quit and tell?) And all of a sudden, PBO gets one or more of his attorneys to go to Hawai’i and it is suddenly released because he is PBO.
What took him so long?
But I still maintain that PBO has a lot more to answer to. Unless he can show otherwise, he is a dual citizen, and thank makes him a native citizen, but not a natural born citizen.
See my earlier remark about the release by another person born in Hawai’l who had NO problem getting a copy.
And, BTW, in PBO’s book he says he found his BC in a book at his grandparents house. Or at least did find it. Where the heck did it go? He wasn’t a toddler when he allegedly found it.

No, they haven’t joined the birthers. They are simply trying to get birthers’ support for the primaries. Along with Fischer’s followers and a lot of less extreme conservative groups as well.
Basically that is the way politics works You see a lot of republicans walking a tight-rope courting the lunatic fringe (but being careful not to say anything extreme) and other conservative elements during the primaries. After winning the nomination, you’ll see the winner distancing himself from them (but trying not to alienate them into not voting) and courting more moderate/mainstream voters.
I’m willing to bet whomever wins the republican nomination will respond to questions about his support of the birthers with something like “those people had doubts about his citizenship, and I felt they had a right to see his birth certificate”
and next time there is a democratic primary you are likely to see democrats doing the same thing courting the extreme left.

I think this “revelation” will simply bring more questions to the fore. After all, there are things about the long form that should be reviewed by competent individuals in forensics.
Try this: Why did PBO not stop the trial of Lt. Col. Lakin? You know. Lt. Col. Terrance Lakin, a medical officer who was supposed to deploy to Afghanistan, but wound up in a military prison for six months and is going to be dishonably discharged as soon as he gets released, and that is after 18 plus years of honorable service, because he wanted to be sure that PBO was qualified to be POTUS. Lt. Col. Lakin was not allowed to call witnesses or present evidence at his Courts Martial. And PBO could have stopped it right then and there.
BTW, there was a recent article about a lady living on the mainland who had been born in Hawai’i who sent a check for $10 to the, don’t remember which department, but got a copy of her long form BD in the mail. So it appears that getting the document isn’t a big deal. And that was recently, BYW.
There still remains many other questions about PBO’s school records, his travel to Pakistan when he was in college, his grants to attend college, and the pesky fact that his father, BHO Sr, was never an American citizen, but was, in fact, a citizen of Kenya which, at the time, was under English law that conferred English citizenship on PBO, thus making him at LEAST a dual citizen at birth. Then there is the problem of his mother marrying Mr. Soetoro, an Indonesian, and moving to Indonesia with young BHO Jr, being adopted and his getting enrolled in school there. And to be enrolled, by Indonesian law, you had to be a citizen of Indonesia. So then the question becomes: How many citizenships does PBO have? And when did he legally change his name from Soetoro to Obama?
Nothing has really changed, but there are still a lot of questions to be answered.

I am fairly sure the short form for this has been released. Chris Matthews exposed a birth certificate that is the same exact color. I thought the real birth certificate has Obama’s hand and foot prints on it.
