  1. The testimony of Julius Kaggwa is also well worth the read. He’s the leader of the Civil Society Coalition on Human Rights and Constitutional Law and describes inspiring stories of heroisms amidst brutality and hatred in Uganda. Mr. Kaggwa also reported that since the March 2009 conference, 14 cases of arrest have occurred, including one death on grounds of suspected homosexuality.
